Pearl Car Wash Outshines The Competition
Summary
Pearl Car Wash in Rhode Island came up with a unique solution to water waste, and they knew that this would be one of their best Unique Selling Points. Their systems use up to 80% less water than a conventional car wash.
They contacted us, because they knew that they needed to get their USP in front of as many people as possible, along with a rebranding strategy and marketing plan to establish themselves as market leaders in the car wash industry.
Challenge
Since they didn't have a website, the challenge was to formulate a complete and extensive plan for them. This meant that we had to design and implement an entire cohesive marketing and digital footprint package that would essentially put them on the map. This included an entire branding package.
We also had to increase their customer base, alongside retention, while focusing on their unique selling point.
Solution
We assisted them in brand creation and congruency, to attract the clients that they are looking for. To get them recognized, we built a high-performing SEO optimized website that focused on the quality of their products, services, and of course, their unique water saving system. This already led to an uptick in digital and in-person traffic, which increased their monthly revenue. We also suggested that they add a membership program which allowed them to open a monthly recurring revenue stream.
We built and integrated their Social Media Accounts, and assisted them in setting up and optimizing their Google Business profile to get them organic traffic via Google Maps. We also launched a PPC campaign for them using Google ads to attract instant customers to their car wash.
